What does my first direct debit/payment look like?
Your first direct debit consists of:
- Part of the payment of the first month (e.g. from the 18th to the 31st of that month, depending on which day you start that month).
- Month 2 in advance.
- One-off € 35 starting contribution.
- One-off €7.50 for your personal training band.
From your second direct debit on, you pay the agreed membership fee every month.
Can I exercise at all Fit Factory locations with my membership?
If you are a member in Eersel, you can exercise at all Fit Factory locations. If you are a member at a different location, you can exercise at all Fit Factory locations except at Eersel.
When am i allowed to freeze my membership?
You may freeze your membership in any of the following situations:
- Maternity leave
- Long-term illness
- Recovery after surgery
- Internship (abroad) or 20km away from home
Submit a request via the contact form and Fit Factory membership administration will process and confirm your request.
Can I terminate my membership early?
Are you still in your contract period and want to end your membership early? This is possible when moving further than 20km away and of course in case of death. Submit a request via the contact form and Fit Factory membership administration will process and confirm your request.
What is the notice period when I want to terminate my membership?
Of course, we hope to welcome you for as long as possible. If you are considering ending your membership, please note that one month’s notice is given. As an example:
You cancel your membership as of 17 April. April is your so-called cancellation month and May is your expiration month. In this example, your membership will be terminated on the 1st June. You may continue to exercise until the said end date.
What does the one-off start-up contribution consist of?
Each new member pays a one-off €35 starting fee. The starting contribution consists of:
- Your details will be entered into the membership administration system.
- You receive your personal training band that allows you access to the club 365 days a year between 6:00 am -23:00 pm.
- Appointments with trainers to help you with your sports goal(s).
- Personal (start-up) training schedule created by a trainer.
- Measurements and weighing are included.
- A personal account will be created for the Fit Factory app, giving you access to hundreds of workouts, nutrition and other training tools. You can also use the app to book group lessons and save and track your (training) data.
